Throh @ Flame orb
EVs: 252hp/252atk/6spd
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Guts
-Rest
-Sleep talk
-Circle throw/Storm throw
-Payback/toxic

The idea of this set is removing throh's lack of reliable recovery by utilising Rest+Sleep talk. So rest is recovery, and with sleep talk it ensures he isn't a sitting duck. Circle throw phases and works well with hazards and a spinblocker, while storm throw is stronger and breaks down curse and bulk up users. It generally is harder to utilise storm throw without bulk up, however. Finally payback is used instead of bulk up, as fighting isn't the best mono-attacking type, whereas toxic hits bulky walls he can't deal much damage to. Bulk up can be considered if you have a good pursuit user.

As throh is an extremely bulky pokemon, has access to guts, circle throw, and reasonable coverage, restalk isn't too hard to use. That being said, he is slow and appreciates toxic spikes, SR, as well as things to deal with fast & powerful flying and psychic types that 1hko him.
